To create a workout template, navigate to Training > Workouts and select “Add”.
This will open the workout drawer where you can start to create your workout.
On the left hand side you have our exercise panel where you can search and filter the exercises.

Can I filter exercises?
Steps to filter exercises
Simply, hover over an exercise and a plus icon will appear which you can select to add it to the workout.
This will add the exercise to the workout plan for you to start programming.
To programme simply hover your mouse over the fields for them to become editable.
Add as many sets as you want by selecting “Add Set”, this will copy the row above to save even more time.
