In the app clients can select which workout they want to complete for that day. Once they start a workout all exercises will appear in the order you have programmed them.

To update the set they simply click on the row where they can log what they have completed for that set. The values will default to the min amount e.g. 8-10, defaults to 8. Client can override all of these.
Client can choose to complete / update or remove the set entirely.

Clients can add set notes by selecting the note icon.

Any notes added will be indicated by a badge on the note icon.

Any super sets will appear for the client as individual items to can complete too.

Clients can add exercises at any time to the workout using the plus icon on the bottom right of the screen and use our extensive list of exercises. Clients will also see any exercises you have created.

Clients can view historic sets by selecting the “History” button on each exercise.

Once ready to end the workout, they can select “End Workout” and confirm.

Clients will then get a breakdown of their workout.
