Yes, all email templates can be customised. Simply go to Account > Email Templates, where you'll find a list of editable templates.
To modify the Welcome Email, select it and toggle on the Override Template option. This allows you to tailor the email to match your brand’s voice.
You can also insert dynamic fields from the client’s profile, plan, and more. The table provides a list of available fields, indicating which are mandatory for the template.
Once you've made your changes, click Save, and your custom template will be used going forward.
