# How do clients register?

How do clients register to CoachKit

Clients must be invited to access the CoachKit app or your branded app, as self-registration is not available.

When you send an invitation, the client will receive an onboarding email with a link to set their password. This link is valid for one hour, but if it expires, they can simply request a password reset to generate a new one.
