# Can I assign start and end dates for a training plan?

Assigning start and end dates to plans

No, not at the moment. When a client is assigned to a plan, it is **immediately activated**. However, we are working on adding the option to **set start and end dates**.

With this update, **end dates** will automatically **remove the plan** from the client once the date is exceeded.
