# How to turn on integrations?

Find out how to turn on integrations so your clients can connect CoachKit with health and fitness apps

Only **organisation owners** and **admin coaches** have permission to enable integrations for clients.

Navigate to **Account > Integrations** to manage all integration settings.

## Integration Billing Models

Choose between two billing approaches:

### Manual Slots

- **How it works**: Purchase specific slots in groups of 5 (minimum purchase)

- **Best for**: Organisations wanting precise control over which clients have access

- **Billing**: Pay for the slots you purchase

- **Assignment**: Manually assign slots to individual clients

### Auto-Charge

- **How it works**: Integrations are available to all clients automatically

- **Best for**: Organisations wanting hands-off management

- **Billing**: Automatic charges as clients connect (minimum billing applies)

- **Assignment**: No manual assignment required

> **Warning:** **Important:** All plans have a 5-slot minimum charge. **Example:** If you have 6 connected clients, you'll be billed for 10 slots (rounded up to the next group of 5).

## Setting Up Manual Slots

### Purchasing and Assigning Slots

1. Purchase slots in groups of 5

2. Assign individual clients to available slots

3. Assigned clients receive automatic notifications:

    - Push notification (immediate)

    - Banner on home screen (persistent)

### Managing Slot Assignments

View assigned clients and make changes as needed through the integration dashboard.

## Setting Up Auto-Charge

### Enabling Auto-Charge

1. Toggle the **Auto-charge** setting to "On"

2. Review the billing change notification

3. Confirm to activate

### How Auto-Charge Works

- All clients immediately see integration availability via home screen banner

- Billing occurs automatically as clients connect

- No manual assignment required

- Real-time visibility of connected clients and their apps

### From Auto-Charge to Manual Slots

When you disable auto-charge:

- Currently connected clients are automatically converted to manual slots

- You'll receive a billing summary showing the conversion

- Future clients will need manual slot assignment

2. Deauthenticate all connected clients

3. Set slot count to **0 (zero)**
