Follow the steps below to assign a standard, starter, or check-in form to your client:
Navigate to Clients and select the client who you want to assign the form to.
Select the Forms tab
Click the Assign button

In the window that opens you can select the form to assign
Click Confirm

The form will appear in the clients form list and the client will receive a notification.
You have successfully assigned a form for your client, you can assign as many forms as you need.
