CoachKit has a large food database covering everything you will need but you can add your own foods, too.
Go to the weekly planner
Click Add Food / Ingredient
Select the Add Food Manually tab
Enter the following details:
Name
Calories
Protein
Carbohydrates
Fat
Serving Unit
Serving Amount
Check the Save your custom food for easy retrieval in future food search results option
Click Add
The food item will be added to your meal plan but is also searchable as part of normal food searches.
You can amend your custom foods, too. Go back to the Add Food / Ingredient option and select Manage custom foods tab.
